The whole family has been in the grips of a nasty flu bug. It started with the firstborn, migrated to the husband (who is still not feeling too well) and for the last two days, has been pestering the twins. High fever, runny noses, sore throats, ear infections - you name it. It is raging around.

Did I say the whole family? Not quite. One soldier still standing. No time to get sick - always at your service!

Of course the kids are no less active when they are sick. Climbing the walls as ever. Bombing me with their incessant questions and demands.

Do I sound like I need a day off alone? Yes. Please. (Maybe next week, if I get lucky.)

I'm soooo glad the in-laws are coming in a few weeks and hubby and I get to run off to Paris for a few days. Can't wait!
